Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We ship most orders within 1-5 business days if they are in stock. If the item you have requested is out of stock, we will contact you within that time period to let you know you may choose a replacement pair or a refund at that time. You will not be disappointed when you receive your new mittens.
How is my order shipped?
We ship all domestic U.S. packages via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship internationally.
Do you accept returns?
We hope that you are happy with your order, but in case you are not, we will accept returns within 10 business days provided the items shipped are in the same condition they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns after inspecting the merchandise. Shipping charges are non refundable. For credit card purchases, money will be refunded to the card on which the item was originally purchased.
